Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Used Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the profitability and customer satisfaction of our used vehicle department. The ideal candidate will excel in managing a team, forecasting sales goals, and maintaining high standards of vehicle reconditioning and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a team of used-vehicle sales professionals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and merchandising.
Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer interactions, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to used-vehicle sales.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive sales management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing profitability.
Knowledge of automotive industry regulations and trends.
