The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing sales, profitability, customer satisfaction and retention of new and used car sales deals while providing solid planning, motivation and coordination of the sales department through leadership and solid business practices.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership, ensuring optimal customer service and sales performance.
- Train and mentor sales staff, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet dealership goals.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Negotiate deals and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management and retail sales
- Strong public speaking and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service and outbound sales techniques
- Ability to negotiate and manage a sales pipeline effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and retail math proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $104,580.00 - $156,381.00 per year
