We are seeking a visionary, results-driven General Manager to lead our dealership into its next era of growth and success. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Lead all dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance.
- Create a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and customer-first values.
- Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff to achieve operational excellence.
Operational & Financial Oversight
- Full P&L responsibility with accountability for sales volume, fixed operations, and net profitability.
- Review financial statements, departmental forecasts, and performance reports to align with strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with Kia manufacturer standards and dealership policies.
- Oversee and ensure effective utilization of Automate DMS for reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and enhance brand reputation.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
- Innovate processes that strengthen the customer journey and dealership profitability.
- Collaborate with the Matthews Automotive leadership team to align local strategies with organizational vision.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive dealership leadership experience, with at least 3 years at the GM or GSM level.
- Proven record of exceeding sales, service, and profitability targets.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze dealership statements and KPIs.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Automate DMS strongly preferred.
- Kia or other import brand experience highly desirable.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
