About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in automotive fixed operations to join our team as a ROSE+ Sales Consultant. ROSE+ is M5 Management Services’ advanced repair order analytics platform, designed to help dealerships increase profitability, improve advisor performance, and optimize service operations.
As a Sales Consultant, you will connect with dealership leaders, identify their pain points, and demonstrate how ROSE+ can provide real, measurable results. You’ll leverage both your sales expertise and your fixed operations knowledge to guide clients through the value of our software and close new business.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 (first year)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $88,500 (first year)
- OTE with Full Client Load: $202,500
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of dealership prospects across the U.S.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with Service Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, and General Managers.
- Deliver engaging demos of ROSE+, highlighting features such as advisor tracking, ELR monitoring, and trend analysis.
- Understand client challenges in service operations and position ROSE+ as the solution.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Fixed operations background (service, parts, or dealership management required).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to one week a month for in-dealership sales.
- Comfortable working remotely with self-driven accountability.
- East Coast location preferred, but open to candidates across the U.S.
