The Insurance Center is looking for a customer-focused service agent to generate new business, retain current business, and work as a team member to maintain our company's positive reputation in the community. Not licensed? No Problem- we will provide study materials and time to study and then pay for you to get licensed! Sales experience is helpful, but not required. No cold-calling. You will be assigned a group of clients that you will work with.
Responsibilities
· Build and maintain relationships with customers
· Evaluate customers’ needs and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
· Proactively contact leads and recommend appropriate policies, quotes, and coverages
· Maintain tracking systems, follow ups, and documents
· Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
· Meet established goals
Requirements
· Proven working experience as a customer service agent or relevant experience
· Basic computer knowledge
· Proven ability to work with goals
· Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
· High school or BS degree
· Willingness and ability to study, learn, and pass licensing tests to become a licensed agent, if not already licensed
Hours and Benefits
· Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends)
· Salary (negotiable- higher pay available based on experience) plus production bonuses. Higher compensation is available depending on experience
