We are seeking a data-driven Account Manager to oversee key accounts with major EV car companies and battery manufacturers. This role focuses on sales operations, data analysis, and relationship management to drive revenue and optimize performance in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate combines account management expertise with analytical skills and proficiency in Chinese to engage directly with China-based operations and stakeholders.
Manage and expand relationships with major EV car companies and battery manufacturers.
- Execute sales operations using data analysis to track performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
- Leverage fluent Chinese (Mandarin, written and spoken) for direct client communication, contract negotiation, and insights into China-based supply chains.
Analyze sales data with Excel to identify trends, optimize strategies, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with technical, R&D, and global teams (including Korea and China) to align on account needs and execute strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare data-backed reports, and deliver presentations to internal leadership and clients.
- Achieve account growth targets through data-informed decisions and long-term partnership building.
- Represent Enchem America at industry events and customer meetings
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 3+ years in account management or sales operations within automotive, EV battery, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven data analysis skills with Excel.
- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) for client-facing interactions and negotiations.
- Track record of managing high-value accounts with EV car companies or battery manufacturers.
- Strong understanding of EV battery technology, supply chain dynamics, and sales cycles.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced global business.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
