Key Responsibilities – Sales Consultant / Backup Finance Manager:
-
Engage customers in the showroom, understand their needs, and present appropriate new and preâ€'owned vehicles
-
Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and feature walkâ€'arounds
-
Build rapport and maintain longâ€'term customer relationships
-
Follow up with leads, internet inquiries, and past customers to drive sales opportunities
-
Prepare and present purchase options, pricing, and payment structures
-
Assist with F&I functions including paperwork preparation, product presentation, and compliance processes
-
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to dealership and manufacturer standards
-
Maintain upâ€'toâ€'date product knowledge on Acura models, features, and incentives
-
Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but strong customerâ€'facing experience considered
-
Interest in or exposure to automotive finance is a plus

Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipâ€'building skills
-
Professional appearance and positive, teamâ€'oriented attitude
-
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fastâ€'paced environment

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
