SUMMARY
Honda of Reseda is currently looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for supervising, motivating, encouraging, and supporting sales associates as they play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. In this fast-paced automotive dealership, a Sales Manager should possess organizational skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to connect with customers effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales team
- Organizing schedules and vacation requests
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust as needed
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and records for company reporting efforts
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to obtain and meet goals/quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in computer software
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation and Scheduling
- Sunday -Saturday / designated days off through the week
- 120k-150k potential per year – full commission
