Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the performance of our automotive sales team.
- Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing the dealership’s image and ensuring excellent service.
- Work closely with salespeople to monitor performance, close deals, and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to structure deals that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to dealership policies, procedures, and legal regulations at all times.
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
- Stay current on incoming inventory, features, and market trends to support effective selling.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and training to keep the team motivated and informed.
- Analyze sales activities to continuously improve team performance and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience required; automotive management experience preferred.
- Must have a track record of success in high-volume dealership environments.
- Energetic, personable, and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing auto sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
