In this pivotal role, you will lead our used car operations, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering quality service and fostering community relationships. 2+ years of automotive dealership sales management experience is required.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the used car department to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal vehicle presentation.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in sales and customer service.
- Negotiate deals with customers to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote used car offerings.
Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes in an automotive context.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus!
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have 2+ years of automotive sales management experience
