A high-volume, rapidly growing automotive dealership in the KC market is seeking a proven, results-driven Sales Manager. We’re looking for a professional with experience purchasing vehicles, desking deals, subprime financing, managing and hiring salespeople, and F&I operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all sales operations: new, pre-owned, internet, and finance.
- Purchase and manage inventory to maximize profitability and turn rates.
- Desk fast, profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Drive subprime approvals with your finance expertise.
- Recruit, hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with the F&I department to maximize PVR and ensure compliance.
- Analyze sales performance and execute strategic plans to exceed goals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience.
- 2+ years of management experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role.
- Strong desking and deal-structuring expertise.
- Proven success in subprime and F&I processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate teams.
- High-energy, driven, and goal-oriented.
