Responsibilities

- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership goals.
- Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying journey.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or automobile sales.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
