Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and assist in sales support activities.
- Utilize retail math skills to provide accurate pricing and financing options.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall dealership performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and financing calculations.
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and sales processes efficiently.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
