Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the dealership to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and staff to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Analyze market trends and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership offerings.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in a General Manager role within the automotive dealership industry.
- Strong background in outside sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
