Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both customers and the dealership.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying process to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dealership experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales Management in New Car Dealerships.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous large dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
