Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage Salespeople with daily tasks (calls, text, emails and appointments).
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Ensure proper follow up to promote excellent Customer Satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall dealership performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership sales management is required.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
