Porsche/ Audi/ Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring team productivity and performance targets are met.
- Oversee and support the Finance Department with a strong understanding of F&I processes and compliance.
- Drive a high-performance culture through recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating a professional sales team.
- Manage and maintain CRM processes, ensuring consistent and effective follow-up with all leads.
- Analyze market trends, sales reports, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies.
- Ensure dealership profitability while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a strong, professional presence on the showroom floor.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing, inventory, and operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong working knowledge of Finance Department operations.
- Ability to work independently and be highly self-motivated.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and developing successful sales teams.
- Proficient in CRM and E-commerce processes. Momentum CRM experience is a plus.
- Previous high-line/luxury brand experience is highly preferred.
- High-energy personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
- College degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and ethical work approach.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
