A well-established, high-performing automotive dealership in the Greater Philadelphia market is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help elevate our sales performance and lead from the front.

We’re seeking a hands-on closer who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to drive results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success managing sales teams, maximizing gross, and maintaining exceptional CSI.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven success in automotive sales management (unit volume, gross, and team accountability)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills — able to motivate, train, and hold salespeople accountable
- Experience managing and optimizing dealership DMS/CRM systems
- Proficient in performance tracking and forecasting tools
- Consistently strong CSI and customer retention performance
- Positive, energetic leader who thrives on competition and results
