A highly successful, growth-oriented automotive dealer group is seeking an Executive Sales Manager / General Sales Manager for a confidential leadership opportunity in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States.
This role is designed for a proven sales executive who is ready to take full ownership of variable operations while leading a large, high-volume sales organization and positioning themselves for long-term General Manager–level growth within a stable, well-capitalized group.
The Opportunity
- Lead all variable operations with full authority and accountability
- Manage, train, and develop a large sales staff of approximately 40–60 sales professionals
- Work directly with ownership and senior leadership
- Implement and enforce proven sales processes
- Drive performance across volume, gross, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee desking, inventory strategy, and variable KPIs
- Build a strong leadership bench and sales culture
Compensation
- $12,000 – $20,000 per month
- Performance-based pay with significant upside

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Current or recent Executive Sales Manager or General Sales Manager
- Proven experience leading large sales teams in a high-volume environment
- Strong desk management, inventory control, and forecasting skills
- High-energy, accountable, process-driven leadership style
- Professional, discreet, and confident decision-maker
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of automotive dealership sales management experience
- Demonstrated success scaling and managing sizable sales teams
- Strong understanding of variable department financials and KPIs
- Ability to operate confidentially throughout the hiring process
