Qualifications:
· Multi-year automotive retail General Manager/General Sales Manager experience with a passion to succeed
· Strong ethics and integrity
· Ability to create a strong employee and customer-based culture
· Strong business understanding of both sales’ performance as well as financial data
· Great communication and inter-personal skills
· Strong leadership and coaching skills to drive the sales and fixed operations teams to strong levels including satisfactory sales efficiency and strong CSI
· Working knowledge of various industry software and technology programs
· High school diploma
· Valid driver’s license. Able to maintain an acceptable driving record
Willing to submit to background and drug screen
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
· Oversees and mages the entire operation of the dealership
· Help establish a clear vision and goals for the dealership to achieve targeted levels of performance in all aspects of the sales and fixed operations departments
· Responsible for all financial results including gross generation as well as expense management to ensure strong return on investment for the dealership
· Managing and controlling company assets
· Employee recruiting and development to ensure strong bench strength for dealership growth
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring satisfaction and retention.
· Oversee inventory management to drive customer demand in both vehicle sales and fixed operations.
