Job Title: Sales Manager – Inside Sales Team

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our inside sales department. In this role, you’ll guide a team of inside sales reps, build scalable systems, set and track performance metrics, and drive results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives
- Set clear daily, weekly, and quarterly performance goals
- Monitor KPIs (conversion rates, follow-up speed, revenue per rep)
- Conduct 1:1s, team huddles, and performance reviews
- Build and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service to improve the full sales funnel
- Report directly to executive leadership with sales insights and recommendations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably managing an inside sales team
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong background in B2C or B2B sales environments
- Proven success hitting and exceeding revenue targets
- Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Comfortable analyzing data and making decisions based on performance trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective client interactions.
