PROMAN Staffing is partnering with our global aftermarket automotive client to hire a strategic and results-driven National Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and deep knowledge of car care technology. The National Sales Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual and long-term sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, installers, and direct customers.
- Foster a customer-centric culture and use metrics to monitor and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to translate customer insights into new product opportunities.
- Launch new products to expand market share and meet business goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead sales professionals to maximize team performance.
- Ensure alignment of sales plans and forecasts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of automotive aftermarket sales experience.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems or equivalent mechanical aptitude.
- Proven success driving sales growth and executing strategic sales initiatives.
- Excellent financial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in building KPI-driven teams and implementing performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
