Must Have 5 Years Automotive General Sales Manager Experience!
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for optimal stock availability.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing successful teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
