Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the dealership to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate with customers to close sales while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote dealership offerings effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a similar role.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in inventory control and retail math is preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and drive performance through motivation and training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
