Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of dealership to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and employee engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop dealership staff to maximize their potential.
- Manage inventory levels and optimize vehicle turnover rates.
- Build strong relationships with customers, and vendors.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive dealership management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong skills in outside sales, negotiation, and sales management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.

Pay: $300,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
